We recommend buying snacks/food ahead of time at one of the grocery stores in Altdorf, before heading up the gondola.

The Alphotel is the only food option at the top of the mountain.

  • Breakfast is included for Alphotel guests. Non-guests may join for 15 CHF per breakfast with advance notice to the hotel.

  • À la carte lunch is available daily.

  • Group dinners cost 25 CHF per person (drinks not included, except tap water).

The Alphotel accepts the following payment methods for room and food expenses: Visa, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
