Flute Circuit Training

Endurance, energy and focus are essential elements for success and progress. Recognizing that sometimes our busy lives leave us with too little time, Dr. Kristin Bacchiocchi-Stewart devised a daily practice regimen combining fundamentals of tone and technique with physical exercises.  

With a central focus on the core muscles, flutists will alternate between cardiovascular, flexibility and muscle building exercises in the style of a circuit training class.
